Elevate your poolside snacking with Watermelon Fries with Coconut Lime Dip. The watermelon is cut into long, fry-like shapes and sprinkled with the zesty kick of Tajin Classic Seasoning. Paired with a creamy and tangy dip made from coconut yogurt, fresh lime, and a touch of coconut sugar, this snack is both delicious and hydrating.

Ingredients:

·       1 watermelon rind removed and cut into long fry-like shapes

·       2 tsp Tajin Classic Seasoning

·       Dip:

·       1 cup coconut yogurt (or regular if you'd like)

·       Zest and juice of 1 lime

·       1 Tbsp coconut sugar

Instructions:

Combine the dip ingredients in a bowl, scatter the watermelon fries on a platter, and serve with the dip on the side.

If you don't have Tajin seasoning, you can easily improvise with a mix of salt, chili powder, and lime zest. Store any leftover cut watermelon in the fridge for up to 5 days and enjoy this delightful treat whenever you need a cool and tasty snack!
