So much in my life has shifted over the last few years.
I developed food sensitivities I never had before.
I started getting hot flashes and other menopause symptoms no one bothers to tell you about.
My mom passed away.

Call it a mid-life crisis or something else, but through all of this, I came to realize that life is short and I was no longer interested in wasting time doing the same things I always did. What I am interested in is making this life the most beautiful version I can. I started asking myself "what would happen if I just thought of change as an experiment?" and slowly, step by step, my life began to shift, and my perspective began to change.
I realized alcohol was no longer serving me and I quit drinking (a huge experiment).
I started doing more yoga.
I started taking an arm balance yoga class and got upside down, literally changing my perspective. It felt like play, something I hadn't let myself do in years.
I decided to do the 200 hour YTT I always wanted to do but never made time for.
I started teaching some in-person yoga classes in my community, another experiment.
I turned 50, and here I am experimenting with a website, making videos, and posting to social media.
All because I decided to change my perspective. And it's just the beginning for me. Are you ready to ask yourself "what if I just thought of it as an experiment?" Join me in changing your perspective, changing your life.
